NHS Talking Therapies for sleep problems
DHC Talking Therapies is an NHS service available to all our patients aged 17 years and over.
If you are having difficulty sleeping, you can refer yourself to a therapist-guided online programme which can be done at your own pace. You will learn proven techniques to combat insomnia based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
A good night’s sleep is essential for positive mental health, helping to regulate your mood, reducing stress and improving quality of life.
